Here are four things you really wanna do within the first 90 days.

  1. Establish credibility. So you need to let people know that you could do your job well and establish your credibility.

  2. Establishing trust. So you wanna first work on establishing your credibility by doing your task really well. And then you earn the trust of your team members.

  3. Establish dependability. Let people know that you're dependable, so start helping people. And if someone gives you a task, make sure you finish it on time.

  4. Work on getting the small, small wins initially when you join the company. So take a task, finish it on time, get a win, move on to the next task, and get a win. And when you work on these small, small wins, then people start respecting you and then you get more responsibilities as well.
