The four effective traits to make anyone a great leader.
Have effective communication. So make sure you interact with your team on a regular basis. Have one-on-one meetings, have bi-weekly, check-ins, have team meetings, make sure you use collaboration tools so that you can connect with people easily.
Increase visibility. So your employees work and sometimes they don't know why they're doing what they're doing. So if you make their work visible by having dashboards and talking about how a person's work helped in making something better, then they're more motivated to do things in the future.
Have effective feedback loops. Make sure you give feedback to your employees and have those one-on-one check-ins. And then when you see something, say something and have those effective feedback loops to really support each other and help each other grow.
Empowering people. You really need to empower your team. This is the thing, there are already people who have great skills and great strengths in your team, focus on their strengths, and don't worry about their weaknesses because someone's weakness is another person's strength.
Keep that in mind.
A second thing you wanna keep in mind is, since each person has their own strengths. Do peer coaching, ask each of your team members to coach other people on the team. In that way, you can foster creativity, the knowledge, and then make everyone empowered and feel as if they're learning something. And then they're growing as well.
