The 3 C Approach to ace any interview

Are you having problems, trying to answer interview questions succinctly?

The reason is you don't have a structure to follow during interviews. And because of that, the people who are interviewing you get confused and they have no idea of what you're trying to say. That's why you need to follow the 3 C approach.

  • First C - is you to set the context, paint the picture, and bring the interviewer into your world. Explain what the project was, explain what was happening, and explain the problem

  • The second C - is you have to categorize the solutions. You would say something like … “The first thing I did was… The second thing I did was…Finally, I did this…”

  • The third C - is the conclusion. You always want to conclude with data and facts.

So keep that in mind, the 3 C approach.

And that is how you're gonna ACE interviews.
