Do Research on Your Interviewers
This is the thing, within the first five minutes, you really need to click with the interviewer.
So you need to come up with icebreaker conversations.
So here's how you do that!
Do some research on your interviewers. Usually, when you attend interviews, people would give the name of the interviewers.
Get their name and plug them on LinkedIn in the search bar and then you're going to get their whole profile. Look into the profile to see their interest areas, what are some commonalities between you, and them. Use that as an icebreaker conversation within the first five minutes.
If they don't provide the interviewer names, make sure you're asking the recruiter to provide the name and then you could do the exact process that I just mentioned.
Knowing your interviewers, and making a good impression within the first five minutes is really important.
