3 Things I Wish Someone Told me About Fitness.


  1. Fitness is not about having a six pack, but it's about having the energy to perform at the highest level in, from a work perspective and from your personal life perspective as well.

  2. You really need to have a routine in terms of when you're going to workout. What are you going to do during the workout? It really helps.

    For example, I have this notebook where I actually note down every week what I'm going to do beforehand so that I don't have to think about “okay, what am I going to do now?”

  3. It's about eating right. Yes, I'm not perfect when it comes to eating right, but at least I balance my meals with some greens and vegetables apart from having burgers and pizzas as well.

So keep that in mind and stay inspired!
