How the "Mind Dump" Exercise Can Help You get clarity


All the things you want to do in life are all in your head, you just have to unravel it one by one and make it visual on paper. And that's where the Mind Dump exercise is going to really help you.

  • So take a paper and pen, and then put a vertical line through the middle of the paper.

  • On the left column, write down all the things you love to do or like to do.

  • On the right column, write down all the things you hate to do and don't want to do anymore.

Just by doing that, you're going to uncover a lot of things about yourself and what your next career option could be.

So say, for example, if you find out that you're a good listener, you're a really good communicator, you are really good at convincing people then maybe becoming a sales associate could be a good career option for you.

So similarly, you'll find different patterns about yourself.

So go do it, and figure out your ideal career in what you want to do in life.
