Why is the 'ABOUT ME' Section on LinkedIn Important?

Recruiters and people looking at different LinkedIn profiles, spend only five to 10 seconds on each profile.

And within those five to 10 seconds, they need to get a picture of who you are.

And that's why you have to fill out your ABOUT section.

It has to have two paragraphs and talk about three things:

• What do you do?

• How do you make an impact?

• And what are your skills and strengths?

This helps to make people understand why they NEED to connect with YOU right NOW!
