My Weekend Routine - How it sets me up for success every single week
It's Monday morning, and you're like this, “Oh man I have to go to work”.
It's okay to have those feelings.
But you can reduce the stress level during Monday mornings if you follow this weekend routine, which I follow.
In the previous weekend, say on a Saturday or Sunday carve out 15 to 20 minutes of your time to figure out what are the things happening the following week, the meetings, the deliverables, the things which you have to attend to, and then note them down and then plan your week accordingly.
Put some time blocks on the calendar to focus on the tasks that are important to you.
And by the time Monday comes by, you are prepared for what to expect from the week and you already know what you want to do.
So be proactive about how you face the week.
