How do you answer the question “Why do you want to change jobs?”
"Why do you want to change jobs?"
That is a question you probably going to get during the interview.
Here are two things you want to keep in mind when you answer that kind of question.
Always talk good about your current company, say, "I love my company, and they'd given me so many opportunities to grow." That's the first thing you want to do, say something good about the company.
Get one or two actionable reasons for why you're changing the company. So you would say that "yeah, although I had all these great opportunities. Currently, I'm in a stage where I'm looking for newer challenges. I want to work with newer technologies. And so I wanted to see what was out there and hopefully, if I find something of interest, then I could make the switch."
So that's how you really want to approach this question.
